Booked an appointment over the phone and no one ever showed up. Called their front desk and the lady working has no answers or even a means to see if my appointment was canceled, etc. Terrible first impression.

I had a great experience using this service. My hot water heater died on a Friday night. Mikey came over the following day and got me set up with a new heater. He did a great job and stayed late to make sure we had hot water. I would recommend this service to anyone.
