Would leave Zero if I could. Unfortunately I have used this company with zero issues prior…. However this one bad experience was enough to never want to do work with the company again. I contacted the company to get my tub/ shower hard wear updated along with some things in my wall for one of the fixtures. This man Johnathon came on a Monday and told my the kohler items I bought weren’t going to work I needed glacier bay, other wise we were going to have to cut a massive hole in my wall and work on it from the back.
