Just finished ordering some parts I need for my mower. I called "customer Service" to see if I could expedite delivery. Ended up on the phone with Mary Alice who was helpful WAY beyond average. She did all she could to get my parts to me the quickest, most affordable way. She did not rush me to move on to the next customer. EXCEPTIONAL service!
I'm confused after placing and receiving an order. My order status on DOP website indicates order shipped USPS March 23. But shipment arrived 36 days later on April 28. USPS tracking says package was shipped April 18, not March 23. ?Shipped 26 days later than company says it shipped?? No wonder no one at DOP would either return my phone call or answer my email about tracking my order!. Can't figure this out and have written off this supplier. Too frustrating when waiting for needed parts!
