Unbelievable. I had to give a star but I would have given negative if I could. I have never experienced being hung up on SEVERAL times by the apparent owner of the company. I was trying to understand the $10 charge that mysteriously appeared after I confirmed my $7.19 purchase. Not only was I hung up on, but I was insulted. I am at a loss for words. Currently disputing the transaction with my Credit Union as the guy, well, hung up on me.
Horrible customer service! I placed an order and when there were no updates or tracking available several days later I emailed them. No response. Then I called, and the guy looked up by my zip code only (?) and put me on hold, when he came back he said he didn't have the item in stock, so obviously the website is inaccurate. I told him to cancel the order, and I bet I will have to wait the 30 days for the authorization to fall off my Paypal account because they won't remove it. He was short with me and pretty rude. VitaGlo, or whatever you call yourself these days. Please, please, close your doors. You are no longer capable of fulfilling your orders. I know I will never see my last order from you guys. I no I will never see a refund. You used to be the bomb! Like 20 years ago! I don't know what happened, but enough is enough.
Advertises one product then sends another with the incorrect item on the packing slip so that it appears correct item is being sent. No response to inquiry of return. Poor customer service via phone, I was told I was being rude for asking for return process on wrong order and was hung up on. I've never experienced anything like this from supplement company. Too bad my boyfriend did not read reviews on this company before purchasing their products. Many similar complaints!
terrible company. Waited a month for the product to arrive. Call them and they tell me my order has been cancelled and they dont want to ship to me. Then the dude hangs up. UNREAL. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE.
These guys are complete ******! DO NOT shop here. They falsely advertise products in stock. Rather than inform you that they are out, they just wait until you contact them. Hadn't I contacted them, I'm convinced that I wouldn't have gotten a refund. When I did, the guy who answered was a typical NY jerk! Never apologized for the inconvenience and just hung up on me. How in the hell are these clowns still in business!?
This business is the WORST!!!!!!!!! I paid over $100 in items. I never received my order. I called and got passed to different people. NOBODY gave me any customer service!!!! NONE!!!! They rushed me off the phone every time I called about my order. Today I called because I did not get my refund yet and again they were rushing me off the phone. I bought some things,,organic things and they have sent me wrong ones,,so I tried to contact with them but no one answer my emails,,finally contact paypal and they can solve problem,,,but seller didn't want to pay for shipping when they made mistake,,,never gonna buy from them anymore,,,
If I could give this company negative stars, I honestly would. I purchased a $30 product and realized that I was charged $10 for shipping. Apparently they hook you with the cheaper initial cost and hide the additional fees in shipping. Amazon was by far cheaper in the end. I called the company to explain that I wasn't aware of the steep shipping costs, I received and short a rude response by a man on the other end.
