Customer service is horrible. They don’t listen when you ask them to do or specifically not do something to your nails. They are not concerned abt taking care of your real nails, and, as a cosmetologist, that is very poor service. I asked to not have my polish electrically filed off because they thinned my acrylic so much last time that 2 nails broke in 2 days doing simple task.
