Tyrone is one of the most genuine people I have met. He helped us after we bought another car from another dealer that then broke down. He put us in a great SUV and I will NEVER buy another car from any other dealership as long as Discount Auto Mall is open for business. Thank you Tyrone, you're the best!!
Overall horrible experience. I give it 1 star only because I can't give 0 stars.Purchase went fine for the slightly over priced vehicle I chose. 4 days later transmission went out. I called owner and he seemed concerned and I was given he wanted to be helpful. After following all request by owner, my vehicle was sent out of town for repair. I was promised a rebuilt transmission with a warranty. I was asked to pay 50% of repair cost. I played $900. Almost 4 weeks later a finally got my car back in working order.
