I have rented a unit here for the last 2+ years and they have raised my rent twice while offering a lesser rate that’s not a promotional rate just cheaper than what they charge me which is 150$ for a 10x10 unit outside with no climate control. This last month they decided to wait until a payment was late before charging the card on file 174.00$ which was the 149.00$ payment with a 25$ late fee.
I highly recommend Discount Mini Storage! They are very pleasant to do business with and are very accommodating in meeting my needs in a very efficient manner.
The staff was very polite and kind, the transaction was compleated quickly. The storage facility was clean and in good repair. There is no hook to get you in and then raise your rent. The absolute best mini storage in Stuart.
The property is exceptionally maintained and the staff are super friendly!
