Mattress and box spring are completely uncomfortable. There are springs that poke me. The lady told me she was holding a set for me and sold it on me, and then sold me another one but yet she said I could get a queen sized one for the same price but I have to go to their warehouse behind Rotmans? Like what kind of scam is this.
