They never answer the phone or return your calls. Better call the next one
Discount Lawn does a fine job once they get to your house. However, trying to get them to the house for their scheduled visit, when you need it most in the summer, can be like pulling teeth. On a number of occasions, I have been quite embarrassed by my lawn by the time they got to it. Customer service is usually fine in the winter but not so good once it warms up.
