I saw Discount Junk Removal on the street and asked about coming over to my house. They had me call the office to set up an appointment. I got an appointment for 2 hours later with a 2 hour window. They called before them came to confirm. Came a little early. Picked up the stuff. Grabbed one thing out of the basement for me so I wouldn't have to carry it. Loaded up- swept up after themselves and were on their way. It was a great experience.

I am the owner of 27 apartment buildings with a total of 1200 apartments and the tenants will leave their unwanted possessions and trash in the unit for me to get rid of. This started to increase so I needed a company that when I called they came and gave me a fair price and I found a remarkable company that far exceeded my expectations. The haulers that came are really good, hard working, polite and very courteous, knowledgeable on the removal process. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had some old carpet that needed to be thrown out as well as a couple of really old, moldy beds. I called around for a hauler and these guys gave me the best price so I went with them. The crew that stopped by picked my trash up quick and easy. They were very polite too!

In this day and age of business making excuses, and using the tough economic times as a reason not to perform, Discount Junk Removal stands out as a true winner. The response to the call, the quality and style of the representatives both on the phone and in the field and the customer service is first rate. My expectations were not just met but were exceeded.

What a great company! I can see where this can become a habit:-) and would not hesitate to use them again. They were on time, professional, honest, pleasant, and very careful. With everything being carried through the house and down the stairs, I was a bit tentative to call any removal service. I have already told a few friends and family about the company.

I recently bought a house by Santa Monica for very good price. But what I didn't buy was all the junk left behind by the previous owners. I had my interior decorator coming in the following morning so I needed to get rid of all that junk fast! That's when Discount Junk Removal really shined through! They got there fast, did the job just as fast and to my surprise, they charged me lower than I expected.
