Unfortunately being in this industry you come across bad people, I been robbed several times, cheated, everything. However I never had a "legal" business basically rob me, that's what happened here. I took a few silver necklace in, I got paid based off weight which is ok, but being that 6 out of the 7 necklaces were free from damage and worth a good amount I would have expected more. Friendly service and some really good deals! They even let me know when certain movies come in on DVD. That is what I call GREAT customer service! We have purchased lawn equipment, jewelry, dishes and DVD, all being good quality.
