We had an appointment on 10-May for service to our noisy garage door. The technician ... Brandon ... was exceptional and had a tremendous work ethic and is deserving of a 5+ star rating. The only reason I am leaving this less than stellar rating is that it is NEARLY impossible to contact the local Brooksville office without wait times of 10 to 15 minutes.
