Great experience, professional installation! Super happy
Four months after installation the carpet began to buckle. After several months they came out to stretch the carpet as it was not properly installed. Furniture was not moved, only problem areas were corrected, and the carpet began to buckle in 10 plus places throughout the house within another 4 months. They refused to come back out and fix the problem.
Pulled me out of jam, Carpet Cutters backed out of their appt. at the last minute (our move out date was set and unchangeable, which they knew a few weeks ahead of time), this company got it done the next day!!! Sent me picture samples via text to choose from, got it scheduled for next day installation. Installers were friendly and fast!!
Extremely disappointed in Marlene and her customer service, we made an appointment for carpet quote. She confirmed a time of 2:30pm and showed up at 1:52pm while we were finishing up with another contractor and just came in and ask for the square footage Apposed to measuring it out herself and then just helped herself out the front door stating her back now hurt. I have never experienced this type of customer service from anyone!
