I had to buy a set of their charcoal filters since one of my Berkeley filters broke and I’m so shocked by how it takes minutes to filter out 2.5 gal of water when the Berkeley filters took around and hour to hour and a half. I don’t believe we’re getting a quality product from discount filters and they charge near premium price for theirs which I can taste a huge difference between the two filters.
