I wasn’t sure of the right filter for my refrigerator and ordered the wrong ones. Even though it took me a couple of weeks to check them out and realize I had the wrong ones, customer service was quick to respond, helped me figure out which ones I needed and got the correct ones out to me right away. I felt the prices were very reasonable, shipping was fast, and I can’t say enough good about their customer service.
Ordered 6 filters and 2 were delivered. Have not been able to contact this company via email or phone. Phone queue is a merry go round that never connects to a human and if they are closed, hangs up
