I had a clogged kitchen sink. Terrance came on time and within literally minutes, had my sink unclogged. He was very professional and competent. I've now found my go-to plumbing company.

When we called the “big guys” who are “hard to spell,” they told us we needed many thousands in repair work done. When we called Discount, they showed up fast, fixed it effectively and quickly, and didn’t try to upsell us. Super friendly and transparent too. They earned a loyal customer here!

The entire experience was wonderful. From day one, when I called to book an appointment, they sent a technician out immediately. Walter and Julian came out first, and they were both extremely knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we fully understood the process. The entire experience was wonderful. I called and spoke with a very kind woman and they sent a tech out within the hour. He was nice and friendly and explained everything. They were upfront about the price and were the most affordable. Would absolutely recommend.

All toilets were backed up and all sinks were not draining. Reached out to Discount Drain Cleaning and was told they could get someone out within an hours time. Terrance showed up in no time, explained what he was going to do and did exactly that. Drain was cleared fast and issues resolved. Terrance was very friendly and professional.
