Discount Drain did some work for me in Oct of 2025. It was done quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. I finally got around to finishing my project and noticed their work needed a slight adjustment. I called Walter on Tuesday afternoon and he had Daniel and Michael at my house on Wednesday morning. Honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable aren’t three words I’ve ever used to describe a plumber—until Walter and Discount Plumbing/drain cleaning. They are truly exceptional. I’ve used them for all of my businesses and my home, and I’ve never once questioned pricing or felt taken advantage of. I don’t even bother getting multiple quotes anymore because their value consistently speaks for itself. They show up, they deliver, and they stand behind their work. Calling them the first time was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
1-Star Review for Discount Drain Cleaning Avoid this company at all costs. This was a complete bait-and-switch and one of the most dishonest service experiences I’ve dealt with. They advertise a low price just to get in the door, but within seconds of arriving, the price tripled with zero real inspection. It was obvious the goal was never to honor the original quote.
