Terrible communication, service, product!! Will NEVER again use them nor would we recommend them! Very upsetting because we wanted to trust and like them. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED & FEEL CHEATED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCT! Stars would give, 1-5... NEGATIVE 2!

Terrible customer service waited in line for ten minutes money in hand waiting to be helped got passed over for another customer not one person in there helped had to walk out and go to door and trim specialist.
Bait and switch. Looked at a product on line and planned my project around it. Web site says in stock. Upon arrival I was told it is not an in stock item and for in stock, material costs increased significantly.
