I am very disappointed in Mike and his work!!! I was referred by one of my co-workers to Mike. On Oct 1, 2013 I took my computer to Mike. I wanted to sync my Ipad and Iphone. Mike told me the day before to bring my computer also as the Ipad and Iphone had to be synced using my computer. I left my computer and was to return the next day Oct 2, 2013 as I did. I arrived at 3PM and was there until 440PM with 4 interruptions from potential customers. Mike found a virus on my computer and I think he did get rid of that. I also bro... read more

I was desperate to get my laptop repaired and a friend referred me to 1st Data. The gentleman there immediately diagnosed the problem and had it repaired for me in two days and it was so cost efficient that I am never taking my computers anywhere else. It was a great experience!!
