Asked for a Factory Reset on my ROG Asus and got their version not a clean windows 10 version. It doesn't work well with my system so I lost my audio but the speakers work at startup. I am also unable to do a Factory reset myself and it messed alot of my drivers up where I might have to pay more money to fix their mistake. Also my battery doesn't charge anymore because when i unplug it, it shuts off do to no battery charge even though it had been charging for hours.
