Stay away! 12 days and never shipped anything They lied several times about order. Look through comments. Fairley common with this place. I tried calling 15 times, no answer during business hours. They finally called back, said they would try to help me resolve with customer service. Hung up on me.

Sent us a computer with a faulty video card and refuse to replace, repair or refund it because it's outside the 30 day warranty although original contact about the issue was the day it delivered. They have 72 open negative cases with the BBB.
They could answer their phone..that would help. You wait on hold with them telling you .."you are #5Q..then 4Q etc. when it gets down to #1 they send you to a voicemail message. This happened on two separate calls today. Bought a computer through Walmart and I want to return it..my Grandson opened it on Christmas Day.. no instructions or information for set - up. Monitors were scratched. Ended up going to Walmart and buying a new computer on December 26 because he was so disappointed. I would just like a return phone call or... read more
I ran into an issue with one of the computers that I received from this company and the customer service with Stellar! Not only did they resolve the issue, the customer service agent VERY was polite and helpful. He took time to speak with my son about what he was looking for and went the extra mile to help us get it fixed. Thanks so much Morgan!! You guys have definitely earned customers for life.
