The carpet was not as clean as we had hoped. We knew the stains would not come out completely, but the overall carpet was still not what I expected. There was a lot of stiffness when it dried & I vacuumed it twice & still could not get the softness back. The carpet is older & I am afraid with the results that it just should have been replaced. Your technicians were very polite & explained things well.
The technician was very professional and thorough. He did a great job! I will recommend Carpet Cleaning to my family and friends.
