I wish there was a 0 star option. Long time customer never coming back. I brought my car in for an oil change everything went good. I noticed a leak coming from under my car, I think to myself maybe its just the oil plug. I call them to double check and to get it fixed. I take it in that weekend for them to work on it. I get a call stating there is an issue my crankshaft seal, okay no problem go ahead and get it fixed. Well today is the third time my vehicle had to go in for the SAME issue. Very rude service. I went in to speak to the manager who I believe is Joe and he seem pretty overwhelmed and was very rude with denying me or hearing me out with the services I had to offer. If you treat clients like you treated me I wouldn’t want to bring a car here. I’ll go to big brand across the street which all the staff are extremely nice even the manager
These guys saved the day for us. Got stuck on the side of the highway when our car broke down, and Alex was friendly, quick, and professional when we brought our car to the shop. He was able to give us a thorough and transparent breakdown of what might be wrong, and luckily we were able to get fixed up and drove out the same day. Highly recommend!
Alex and Joe are fantastic! This is one of the few shops who timely replies to email and actually reads what I want done and what my concerns are. I have had work completed on 4 vehicles, and it was timely, price was fair, and the team is kind.
