I just moved into the Conroe area a couple of months ago and did not know the reputation of any of the auto mechanics in the area. I purchased an older car from a friend and neighbor in Spring, Tx and have had to jump through hopes to get a title on the car. As a female looking to find a trustworthy mechanic shop, I knew the moment I was greeted by Ms. Rita when I walked in. The atmosphere was a very stress free environment, and I felt safe. The ower Chris, he even walked out and drew out an entire diagnosis for what was wrong with my car so that I would understand what exactly was wrong with my car. EXCELLENT customer service! The interior lobby feels like sitting at home in my living room! They have a big screen TV hanging on the wall with DISH Network, and a Keurig coffee maker with a huge selection of cappuccinos, and coffee (decaf too)! Chris, the owner, was such a great guy and was willing to work a great deal out for me. The BEST automotive repair shop in North Houston Area, hands down. my family and I have use this business for thirty yrs know. I was 7 when I first went there. Chris runs a very good crew there and has always tried to repair the problem the first time. He will always make recommendations for other repairs if they are warranted but he will never try to sell you someone you don't need, I know because I have check him out with other companies. I recently used them for some car repair. Recommended by Discount Tire. They were honest and accurate and very helpful. Will certainly use again. It is not always easy to find a good auto repair place. Keep them in mind for future needs.
