Gotta hand it to Big John for making sure he listens to his customers. I stumbled across this Facebook page and decided to put in my two cents worth. He noticed my comments and took the time to call me. He investigated my problem and made sure that I was happy with my installation. I can now honestly say that I am, and I give both Big John and the store high marks
Let me start off by saying wow; some seriously friendly people at this place! I was in today and greeted and helped right when I walked in the door by a well educated staff! And by well; I mean these people know what they are doing. I had just been in the area pricing out things and because of how friendly they were is seriously what sold me.
