Here is the timeline of events on my experience with discount auto salvage; so before you buy there check out this clip of their induction in the "Hall of Shame" -June 27 2017: I paid $440 for a transmission, i was told i had to pick it up the next day. -June 28 2017: I picked up the transmission. -July 26 2017: (Wednesday) I returned the transmission for and exchange because it didn't match up with my transmission. This place is horrible and i give it zero stars. I drove 40 miles on Saturday and They gave me the wrong part. I go back Monday and no mechanic There. The bitch said come back Wednesday. Again no mechanic There. There hasn't been a mechanic there in 5days. The cunt that answers the phone and run the desk is rude and disrespectful. They won't return my money even tho its their fault i got the wrong one and no one is there to exchange it. Fuck this place.don't go there. They suck.
Okay fb, I need to know what to do here... I purchased a transmission for my truck weeks and weeks ago from this junkyard in Mt clemens. Before I bought I asked and asked if they know the trans works and they said yes it's been tested. Well it didn't work. Took the trans back and was told that within the week they would have another one. This is probably the worst junk yard I've ever dealt with in my life. They have no management ever available. They give you wrong parts or parts you didn't even order. They always say they will call you back and I get no call back. They are rude and inconsiderate of peoples time. They say they have parts they don't have. You waste time driving there just for them to say they don't have it. I even asked them to check and double check and they still didn't have it correct. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH
