very honest and friendly automotive technicians. they show you what the problem is, and give you a price on what it's going to cost. they dont do the job unless you tell them to do it. I like Andrew and his Technician that works with him
They have excellent customer service, nobody can beat their prices. They did excellent work on all my vehicles. He showed me the work they did plus the bad parts they took off and explained everything in detail. Before they did any work on any of my vehicles he called me told me exactly whats wrong and gave me a detailed estimate of parts, labor, ect.. We bring our vehicles to Discount Auto Repair because Mark and Andrew know what they are doing and get it done quickly. The name says discount, but the customer service and quality of work is 100%. We love coming here because we know we are getting the best price, no hassle, no B.S.
Called and asked when they could fit me in to bring in my car for a quote for exhaust work (knowing they would need to look at the vehicle to quote me). Guy told me they don't take appointments, they're first come first serve, and he's got 4 cars there already. I tell him it doesn't need to be today and he tells me, again, they don't take appointments and hangs up. Congratulations, you lost a customer.
I have had to fix multiple friends cars after they were "repaired" by discount auto repairs. As I tell them tho you get what you pay for.
Best place to take your car in Oshkosh for repairs. Customer service is amazing!! Unbeatable low prices. Took my car in last week for new tie rods, windsheild wiper pump, and to fix the gas hand gauge that didn't register how much gas was in the car anymore. He was over one hundred dollars cheaper than any other estimate I had gotten and to my superpise he secured/ fixed my glove department box that was hanging very loosely, free of charge!!! They are very good at what they doing and very thorough. Before paying the bill he will show you everything he repaired and have you look at the car with him. On one of the repairs he even showed me the bad part he had removed and explained what was wrong with it. He makes sure you are satisfied with the work. This is how a business should operate.
