B parts sent the wrong part. Claimed it’s what I ordered. Their supplier confirmed I othered the correct part. Return shipping was not cost effective. I had to eat the entire cost.
Great place. The staff is VERY helpful, friendly, and professional. Much more than auto-parts. Home plumbing supplies, marine supplies, general hardware, etc.
Knowledgefull yes, but certain individual lacks customer service or respect, telling customer to return if you're still crying for part.
