Purchased a 2009 Volvo (in May 2017) for my teen son (and daughter when she can drive). Alan was professional and HONEST! This reigns above all else for me. There was a crack in the top torque engine mount and I purchased the torque mount for $65 and replaced it myself (with my son's help). Alan was not trying to hide this from us. I love this car.
