3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend If they lived close and it was a minor repair the shop is fine. But would shop around for more major repairs or work. 4 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service The work itself seemed fine. The pick up experience was awkward. The vehicle was supposed to be ready by 1 pm. Due to traffic I arrived around 2 pm and my car was not ready and still being worked on. After 30 minutes I had to ask them for my keys so I could make an appointment.
