0 Star : My Experience I think the customer service was ok. I did not appreciate Mike tryinf to put prior model year parts on my brand new car. Lucky for me they changed the body style in 2017. The insurance however paid for it so thankfully I did not have to deal with that. Also I had to wait a week for my car. They were all very personable, assisting me not only with important information/updates regarding my car repairs, but they were also VERY knowledgeable/helpful when it came to the actual process of getting someone else's insurance company to accept liability for my car accident and cover the cost of my deductible/rental car.
