I paid off a car with discount auto company , and just purchased a new vehicle from them. Both times, I had a wonderful experience. Rick was my salesperson for both times, and he’s still the same nice guy. He and Steve work well as a team. I highly recommend. They also will work with you on your down payment/monthly payments.
So they repossessed my vehicle today because I'm less than a month late and my insurance lapsed. They talking about in order to get it back I have to pay the payoff amount of 17000. REALLY?? So this company is basically a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM DISCOUNT AUTO COMPANY. They basically repo your car the first chance they get so they can resell it to someone else. BUYER BEWARE. Tiffany aka Sunshine L False claims and accusations when you haven't paid a car payment in two months isn't right. Just be honest, its better for your self and new customers who read reviews. Most of the negative reviews we ever get are revenge reviews from customers like yourself. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with & if I could give a zero I would. They get you in, make the process so easy & simple. I mean you are literally in & out & super excited at a new car. After putting $5000 down on a 2014 Mercedes & my payments of $637 a month every was fine initially. I have some credit issues before so although it was a lot I was working on my credit to eventually get the vehicle refinanced.
