I'm a 3 peat customer, with 3 vehicles in their shop in 3 months. Issues ranged from stubborn seat belt light, control actuators, and serpentine belt replacement which the mechanic discovered I had a loose timing chain. He videoed the problem and explained consequences if ignored. I had that car back within a month for the timing chain repair. Cost & procedure was explained up front before starting the work and the manager kept me updated.
Took my brother’s car stating that they would service the vehicle there at the shop. My brother left for a couple of hours and came back the his car not being at the shop. The employee then stated that they had to take the vehicle to a different shop without calling or messaging telling my brother that his car is no longer at the same shop he dropped it off but at a different shop all the way across the town. The people in this shop are the most honest people I have ever done business with. They kept it 100% honest and were extremely fair on the prices. I refer everybody, that discloses car problems with me, to Discount Auto Care! We love and appreciate you guys!!! Keep up the honest great work!!!
