I like the store when I first went in there but very disappointed because my son wanted to buy a Lego set that was missing pieces so I offered the guy $60 and he said no when in there for several times and kept saying no then I went in there one day and found out they sold it for $50 very disappointed will not go back. my son was crying he saved up his money to buy it. Great place to buy great things!
Everything is at a great price but electronics never work for me. I believe the returned electronics they buy have been returned in great condition because they dont work. Its a huge inconvienence to return items, and dont bother asking them to hold an item till you can drive back out to return something, cause they wont. I guess a couple hours on hold is inconvienient for them.
I LOVE this store. I get stuff "new in box" all the time sometimes half the price of what I would have paid at target, amazon, etc. They are an outlet for all sorts of stores. The customer service and recognition I get as a customer is phenomenal. If you like small family owned businesses where someone knows who you are and cares that you shop there this is your place.
