I called ahead and asked how long it would take to get my hair done, and I was quoted about 4 hours. I specifically asked because I am a mom and knew I would need to pick up my child. Five hours later, she was not even halfway done with my hair, so I let her know I had to leave to pick up my child. She asked for payment, and we agreed on half since my hair was unfinished. Booked an appointment here as a returning customer after quite some time. I forgot why I used this place as a last resort. I hate to badmouth a small business owner but this was unacceptable. The pain of having her dig into your scalp trying to part it with an unsanitary comb and pull your hair out of your head is a solid 8 out of 10. Two days later I discover a rash in the back of my head and several sores throughout my scalp.
