Excellent Crossfit gym which also offers additional services such as personal training and extras, such as women's self defense classes. Clean environment with good energy.
The coaches at this gym are fantastic! The cost of the programs are SO worth it. The workout plans are tailored to you and your abilities and goals. You will also receive some nutritional guidance which I've never gotten before at a gym. The coaches are really there to help you reach your goals and challenge you. Such a fantastic experience! Just go in and commit to the journey!
Sent in an application for the free trail they had going on, on Facebook. I had made an appointment, they cancelled it. I emailed to reschedule, said I could come the next day never got a response each time until late that night then was asked to come in last minute, with having 3 kids that's impossible said I couldn't unless i could take my kids in with me for the first visit.
