Don't call, there are other companies in the area who will help you. The person who you speak with about towing is extremely rude.
Great service! I was very grateful for how well everything went with Disch. I slid on ice off the road and into snow, so naturally, I needed someone to come tow me out. Every other towing service I reached out to had hours of wait time. We called to have our vehicle pulled out of the snowy ditch on this super cold day. They were very responsive and gave us a timeline of when they could come. We ended up getting the car out just before they were set to arrive. They answered right away when we called to cancel and were very kind about it.
