In the middle of the night it's a runaround. You have to go into building A to the second floor and go left to the bridge to building D. What a mess when youre in pain and need medications.

Super nice employees and fast
This made me jealous I'm not a Kaiser patient. I took my friend for a 1 hour procedure and they sent me no less than five updates on when I could pick her up and you just drive up to the waiting area near the discharge pharmacy and they will them right out to you and open the door for them. Very nice service and good operational systems which is a nice investment that companies should make across the board to make life easier for their customers
