I want to give you some honest feedback about my father’s care under Bret Kimball. Initially, your bedside manner was excellent. You were personable, confident, and made my father feel comfortable throughout his care. That is why what happened afterward was so disappointing. From the moment I entered the beautiful office—which also had great music!—I felt welcomed. From check-in, where the front office staff was helpful and so kind, to being brought back by one of the assistants, who was pleasant and thoroughly gathered and reviewed my medical information, the entire atmosphere was positive and relaxed. I had L5/S1 spinal fusion surgery 16 months ago- and my husband had the exact same procedure, with the same hardware 10 months later (3 brackets 5 screws) with Dr Kimball. My procedure was first- and his- after he quit accepting Medicare though. I know, weird that we both had the exact same procedure and both had to utilize the anterior and posterior methods. I had a disc replacement by Dr. Kimball in October 2025, and, not to be dramatic, but this pretty much saved my adult quality of life. I was miserable and inactive due to pain and poor range of motion for YEARS after an injury that set off my DDD. I have NO PAIN now, and am building back up to having a normal, active life.
