RecommendedI emailed DGU Store with an issue on Sunday night and had a reply by 9 a.m. Monday morning. By Wednesday there was a package on my doorstep that went above and beyond. Todd at DGU Store was super helpful and the response time was incredible.
Great staff that strive to make sure your order is fulfilled as requested. I always shop her over the Factory Store as the shipping is much more reasonable and DGU has a more personal feel. I have only had one order out of the MANY that was the wrong weight. DGU cleared it up right away no questions asked. Quick and painless. Excellent service.
