Literally came to our rescue SO FAST!!!!! Our upstairs bathroom flooded at midnight covered our bathroom, into our closets and water made it's way down to the first story through our vent, they were out the very next morning, got fans going right away with so much helpful information. The damages could have been so much worse without their prompt response and spot on knowledge! We're so grateful!

We were dealing with wet insulation due to a leak under our manufactured home late Friday and called Disaster Services in Apache Junction. Van came out on a Saturday morning to do an inspection. He communicated very well, explained the mitigation process, answered my questions and provided a fair estimate right away. Once approved, the remediation work was completed efficiently, safely, and cleanly. It was a smooth hassle-free experience. Recommend.

My master bathroom flooded due a silly mistake on my part. Van was out here within 20 minutes. Set up fans, pulled carpet, checked the walls, pulled the baseboard checked it all within an hour or so- he did it all. I was extremely overwhelmed and the team handled business. He came the following day to assess and gave us a few options.
