Great! I had a great experience with Rich from Dry HEro after the basement flooded in my rental house. Although I initially had another company begin the water removal process as it was 5:00 pm on a Saturday night and I had tenants who made the basement their bedroom, Rich called and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing potentials causes and solutions to the water problem.
