The team is absolutely amazing! I had a flood in my master bathroom that went into my master closet, master bedroom, and down into the garage. They had a team out to assess and set up the necessary equipment the next morning. Richard was so sweet and funny! He stayed until almost 10pm to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Noel was my project manager and was also great! He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. What GREAT customer service!!! Noel was our contact coordinator and arranged the fantastic clean up by Richard and Felix… 10 star would be more appropriate!! David came out for follow up to pick up Equipment… Very kind and thorough explaining how the machines worked. I highly highly recommend disaster recovery pros for all your needs… Will definitely call them again. I had water damage due to flooding from a backed up sewer line, and William and Noel were both out here within the day to assess everything take pictures and make sure that I felt taken care of. They’ve been incredibly helpful every step of the way and have made my situation far less stressful. Cannot thank them enough!
