Disaster Recovery Pros did an amazing and awesome job coming to my rescue when I was faced with mysterious water on the floor of my newly renovated and purchased home. The response was immediate, and they knew exactly what to do. The issue was found, the area dried out, and treated and they even coordinated other resources to handle repairs and build back within days. I was heard, cared for, and guided, through the process, all while saving me as much time and money as possible. Highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Disaster Recovery Pros to anyone who needs their services. My water heater leaked, and Disaster Recovery Pros had a representative at my house within hours. The team was professional and compassionate. I appreciated the team, particularly Zach, for keeping me updated on progress and next steps at least daily.

EDITED REVIEW: It was brought to my attention, that I misunderstood the clause D.R.P has on their contracts, that you can't share details of your experience anywhere written or verbal or they'll take you to COURT for $5,000 each occurrence, so I had to remove the details of my experience.

My house was flooded and trashed by Hurricane Helene.
