I was facing an unexpected pipe that burst inside a closet . My plumber that corrected the water line called Disaster Recovery Pros for me . Mold was going to be an issue with walls , carpet and bathroom vanities . A project manager arrived and a big shout out to Justin and Kennedy who did all the heavy work ! Maribel was amazing throughout the entire process! She stayed on top of communication, kept us updated every step of the way, and made sure all the necessary paperwork was completed promptly. She worked diligently to assist us with the tenant's and the owner's insurance claims, making a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Maribel did an outstanding job giving us the estimate for our house. She thoroughly inspected all of the areas that were affected by water damage and gave us a complete explanation of what needed to be done. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed this done in their home.
