I had a waste arm leak inside my kitchen wall and disaster recovery did a great job. They were efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Dwight and his team were incredible. Ryker who installed our cabinets did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy as well as Edi who did texture and painting in our kitchen. The office crew kept me informed in regard to my homeowner's claim. I would definitely recommend Disaster Recovery Pros!!

Rashaud Franks was one of the most professional and informative individuals I’ve ever personally dealt with. Regardless of the industry, the amount of care and concern he showed throughout the process was above and beyond. Can’t thank him enough for assisting and explaining next steps. We recently finished a master suite rebuild project, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the entire team that worked on our home. Like most construction projects, there were delays and challenges along the way, some on our side and some outside anyone’s control. I am thrilled with Dwight and Eddie and the fantastic work they did restoring my bathroom. I had a serious leak that leaked down into the unit below me causing considerable damage. My whole shower had to be demolished and not without problems and issues, but these guys were right on top of everything and didn’t let anything fluster them . Doug and Ryan are the dream team! They were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and able to explain everything every step along the process. I've never had major demo done like this before, but they made the past few days less stressful due to their attitudes and politeness. They were great at cleaning up after themselves, making sure my dog didn't get in the containment area, and were just a pleasure to be around. I am extremely grateful for their hard work on this project!
