Sterling and Nick from Disaster recovery were absolutely amazing. We have water damage in our kitchen cabinets. I was stressed thinking I would have a great big mess. Sterling assessed the situation. He took pictures, measurements etc. He and Nick even moved the refrigerator to see if there was any damage there. Had a building mistake, The toilet on the second floor of our townhouse Started to leak when the wax ring did not cover the two small holes on either side. We replaced the whole toilet, once finished Caleb was able Ventilate the bathroom, from the ceiling on the first floor/ bathroom On the second level, where the accident took place. I had an AC drain line leak at my house, and it spread to two bedrooms of hardwood floors, baseboards, and up parts of the walls. I called Disaster Recovery Pros and they were on site within an hour. I definitely recommend for anyone needing home recovery! Matt came out with quick response and helped with the insurance which I had no clue how to deal with properly hopefully won’t need them again but would not use anyone else!
