No doubt these are the people to use. They made something incredibly scary for me easy to deal with and they walked me through every step I needed to do and gave me tips on what do. Keating & Julia thank you soooo much.
Being new to the area people suggested we keep our water dripping overnight to prevent the pipes from freezing. What we didn't expect was the kitchen stopped to shift overnight and plug the drain. In the morning we woke to water everywhere. Not knowing what to do I phoned a plumber (it was water..) and they suggested I phone Disaster Plus. Matt Wildt did an excellent job of working on issues at my house following Hurricane Irma. He was very quick to respond, began repairs immediately, and was extremely courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Matt and this company to anyone, and I would definitely use Disaster Plus again, if needed!
We never experience water damage like this since Hurricane Hugo. Disaster Plus came to our rescue and put our mind at ease!! Julie was awesome !!! She went above and beyond her duties and such a sweetheart. God forbid water damage again, but if it should happen I would definitely call Disaster Plus ( Julie ). I highly recommend Disaster Plus!!!
