Thankfully I haven't needed a huge repair, however I did notice some unwanted mold growing around the shower head in my master bathroom, so I gave these guys a call! A bunch of these 5-star reviews are from fake accounts—scroll down far enough and you'll see numerous no-description 5-star reviews from foreign accounts with no other reviews posted to Google. Also, notice the AI written review posted by the Owner (Shane Cherry) himself—also responded to by himself—tracks with the shady business practice I experienced with Disaster Cleanup. We called The Disaster Cleanup crew in crisis and they sent a technician the same day. Tyson was the first to arrive & walked us through the projected process. Tyson was patient with all our questions & was thorough with his explanations and knowledge as we communicated with our insurance. Tyson helped us feel some ease . Brayden was absolutely wonderful and so professional. He was able to get everything set up to help get the moisture out of the floor from a flood we had. What a great company to work with.
