Sam and Emily were beyond welcoming and extremely kind throughout the whole process! They answered every question I had with clear answers and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I'm looking forward to my next removal session already!
Extremely unprofessional. Their employee Emily, acted like a five year old who wanted a toy and then threatened to leave a one star review for my company Brimfield Antique Shows if I didn't give them a refund after they breached a contract by deciding to not show up to an event with only 1 day notice. When we refused she left a 1 star review on our page. This is not how professional companies do business.
Sam & Emily were both extremely kind and made the process clear, concise and comfortable. Great experience and can’t wait for my next session.
If you are looking for a tattoo removal service please contact them ! Seriously ! I struggle SO hard with social anxiety and they made me feel right at home from beginning to end, both sam and Emily explained Every single thing thoroughly and made sure you understood exactly what you were getting yourself into and what to expect with the whole laser process. 10/10 first time experience for me, they are truly so great. Tell a friend to tell a friend they are awesome at what they do
Sam was so welcoming and made me feel at ease which was really helpful since removing my tattoo has had me nervous. Will go to Sam again and again to remove my teenage tattoos to make room for my adult style.
