Don’t waste your time. The Advocate, who contacted me would not let me speak. She continually spoke over me and hushed me when I tried to speak. What a completely useless program. I received an email with some information from this person named Megan, I responded asking why I was not able to get a new Advocate considering the circumstances. And this was the response I received lol what a complete joke.
All I can say is I agree with all the other bad reviews. These people are so rude and not helpful at all to people with disabilities. Awful.
My initial call, I was immediately told "we can't help you".
