Sorry I chose them I thought this firm would be better than the ones advertised on power 88.1 which caters to African Americans but I was wrong. I find that I am constantly calling them to get an update to discover that they need more info from me. I provide the info, run to their office and they fax it. :( Wish I could get out of this contract and keep that 25% and don't even know if I will get approved at this point. Really nice and helpful I came to Disability Action for help with my case that was pending already and they were great. The representative helped me fill out the forms I had so I didn't have to and was really nice. I was extremely satisfied.
