I recently hired this company to clean my business here in St Pete, Salon Fusion... and was THRILLED with the results. Heidi was upbeat and positive and a pleasure to work with. Prices were unbeatable! Highly recommend this company if your looking for professional, trustworthy and priced right!! Will definitely recommend to my clients as well!
The service was fine as was the price HOWEVER After a year of cleanings and over-tipping for each service, I was accused of purposely setting up a dangerous environment (toxoplasmosis) for my cleaner and my services were terminated. Whoever manages their email then lashed out at me with personal insults and false accusations. This was the end. These people are crazy, never give them your card information and if you have a discounted rate, then expect them to nitpick and insult you away in lieu of higher paying new prospects.
This company charged on my credit card without my authorization. While the cleaning was somewhat adequate they charged my an exorbitant amount on my credit card $300, for cleaning a one bedroom apartment then claimed it was an office secretary error. Then they said that the credit card processing system did not allow then to credit back and could only give me an in house credit for a future cleaning. Good place for you if have a lot of dirty thing.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Cleaning lady showed up 30 minutes late!! The deal with management was that she would clean bathrooms and kitchen first. She saw the house and then it took her 4 hours to clean 1 small bathroom and 1 master bathroom (which I had thoroughly prepped by putting away EVERYTHING but on pump hand soap, and dusted and vacuumed one bedroom.
