Abysmal customer service. The woman in the front walked out right past me without saying a word. After standing inside for a few minutes I decided the best option would be to just leave? So I did, only upon leaving did she try to talk to me and say she would be with me in a minute. No, you never will
I took my truck to Dirty Auto and Deisel to have fule leak fixed. I would like to say they did a fantastic job. He made sure to check my oil and it was over full due to injector leak had fule in oil. Hands down the most polite people over their they really care about their customers and to me I will give them all my business. Good work at fair price. I've visited quite a few shops in the Fayetteville area, and by far this one is the best Diesel shop I've been to. They have a very attentive staff and are very knowledgeable on all of my diesel engines. Without a doubt I would recommend this place to any one who needs work done on their vehicles.
Quick responses and great customer service. It was like five minutes till close and I just needed a couple parts and they got me taken care of with no hesitation. I will definitely be coming to see them again.
