Great service as always. Leak found and repaired with zero drama!
Don’t hire this company. He doesn’t pay his employees at all. 3 employees have quit this company because the owner won’t pay them. 2 of the employees haven’t been paid back in almost a year. Plus they are not legal. Their master plumber lives in another state and the owner uses his RMP number illegally. The BBB picture is because the owner couldn’t pass the vetting process for BBB.
I want to say I have never left a bad review before but this time I feel I need to make people aware. I had one of his employees come out to check our pipes for a backed up drain and when he broke up our concrete said it was our drain pipe along with a busted water line! I was only given one option to fix the drain which was a reroute around my house which I didn’t like and requested to have a camera ran to find the break.That evening while repairing water line the owner came but never introduced himself at any point nor ask... read more
