Set up an appointment after a lot of back and fourth. I made sure to be available for it and scheduled my work day accordingly. The owner called me in the late afternoon saying that couldn’t make it tonight. Super inconvenient timing and didn’t give me a reason why or try to reschedule the job. Unprofessional in my opinion.
DJ came on time, had plenty of expertise, and did an outstanding job cleaning and coloring the grout in my shower.
I had my tile floor cleaned and grout lines sealed in white in the whole house. I am a returning customer (5 years prior), and was again very pleased with the results. Very competitive price, with under $1/sqft. Took 8 hours for 1600 sqft.
They arrived when promised and did a thorough cleaning. We are pleased.
