I ruined a spot in my walk thru shower due to having issues from day 1 with the grout. Mike looked at it and said he couldn’t fix the tiles but by regrouting would help my grout issue. When the techs showed up they told me they were not going to regrout but use a color on it which would do the same thing. They should know best right. Though this WAS NOT what I was paying for.
